Goin’ to bed early

This has been a good week for going to bed early.

Kentucky traveled to Nashville to take on the Commodores, hopeful after the double overtime win in Rupp Arena earlier in the season. I went to bed with Vanderbilt ahead 28-6. The final score was 93-52, Kentucky’s worst loss ever in Southeastern Conference play.

Chicago came to Columbus last night and scored two goals in the first 5:27. At the first intermission the score was 4-0. Final score 7-2. It was the kind of game that was common in the first couple years of the franchise.

We’ve had some snow and ice this week, and I have had some sinus trouble and bronchitis. I worked at home from mid-afternoon Monday through Wednesday.
